1. The service

OctoFlat is a household management app for shopping, expenses, chores and related features, provided by LunarTech. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and households

You are responsible for your account and for what you share into a household. Household data (shopping lists, expenses, receipts, documents, messages) is visible to the members of that household according to their roles.

3. Premium subscriptions

• Premium is purchased per household: one subscription unlocks Premium for every current and future member of that household, on every platform.
• Two plans are offered — Monthly and Yearly — both with a one-time 7-day free trial (once per user and once per household).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the trial or the current billing period.
• Payment and renewal are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; cancel anytime in the store's subscription settings. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the already-paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where the store's policies or applicable law require it.
• Prices may vary by region and platform and are shown before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the platform, no access to other households' data.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

6. Liability

OctoFlat is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond what mandatory consumer law provides.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
